A gift!

I've been a card making machine in the past two days 2 cards finished yesterday and 2 and 1/2 today! That might be a record for me! I probably should be working on upcoming class cards but I've felt like playing instead. :)

This card is actually for 2 challenges. Me actually getting a card done for 1 challenge is a record let alone 2!
1. Freshly made sketches
2. Hero Arts Friends monthly challenge

As soon as I saw this gal in the Hero Arts catalogue I fell in love with her! I embossed her on a piece of watercolor paper then I paper pieced the gal's dress with My Mind's Eye paper and colored with Tombow markers and Sakura Glaze pens. I embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder and added some highlights with my white gel pen and added a swirl on the rest of the grey cardstock because I thought it looked a bit plain then added 3 black pearls. I'm now wondering if you give someone a card like this does that get you out of buying an actual present??? LOL
Thanks for stopping by!

Card Recipe:
All stamps by Hero Arts: For You Gifts, Best Gifts & Fabulous Flourish
Paper: My Minds Eye and Bazzill
Other: Inkessential white gel pen, Tombow markers and Sakura Glaze gel pens, Hero Arts pearls, Spellbinder Labels 14 die
