Carpe Diem by Simple Stories
Crafty Capers has 1 Carpe Diem Robin's Egg (blue) planner left in stock plus some fun accessories to decorate your planner. I am totally old school and love a paper planner. I'm having so much fun organizing the planner just the way I like it with stickers, charms and extra pages.
